TheManagement Board of i2 Development S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs,that on 2020-05-21 and on 2020-05-22 the Company received from theentity closely related to the person discharging managerialresponsibilities, i.e. to the President of the Management Board MarcinMisztal, notifications of transactions in the mode of art. 19 par. MAR 1.

Accordingto the notification, Acico Investments Limited with its registeredoffice in Nicosia announced the acquisition of 39,000 shares of theIssuer at an average price PLN 8.00 on May 18, 2020 and 39,500 shares ofthe Issuer at the avarage price PLN 7.70 on May 22, 2020.
