("Company" or "Issuer") informs,that on 2020-06-02 the Company received from the entity closely relatedto the person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. to thePresident of the Management Board Marcin Misztal, notification oftransactions in the mode of art. 19 par. 1 MAR.

Accordingto the notification, Acico Investments Limited with its registeredoffice in Nicosia announced the acquisition of 35,000 shares of theIssuer at an average price PLN 8.10 on June 1, 2020.
