Subject:Notification oftransaction on Issuer's shares

The Management Board of i2Development S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs, that today the Companyreceived from the entity closely related to the person dischargingmanagerial responsibilities, i.e. to the President of the ManagementBoard Marcin Misztal, a notification of transactions in the mode of art.19 par. MAR 1.

According to the notification, AcicoInvestments Limited with its registered office in Nicosia announced:

- the acquisition of 7.280 shares ofthe Issuer at PLN 6.80 each, on June 19, 2019,

- the acquisition of 3,809 shares ofthe Issuer at PLN 7.90 each, on June 21, 2019.
