("Issuer" or "Company") informs that on May 27, 2021,it adopted a resolution on the proposal to cover the loss for 2020, inwhich The Management Board of the Company has decided to cover the lossin the net amount of PLN 1,724,148.00 (in words: one million sevenhundred twenty-four thousand one hundred and forty-eight zlotys 00/100)from the Company's supplementary capital.Atthe same time, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. informs thatit intends to make a request to the Company's Supervisory Board torecommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company how to coverthe loss in in accordance with this recommendation of the Issuer'sManagement Board.
