With reference to the report no. 16/2020 of March 5,2020 regarding, among others, early partial redemption od series Fbonds, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. (hereinafter: theIssuer, the Company), informs that on March 17, 2020 the ManagementBoard of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy DepozytPapierów Wartościowych S.A., hereinafter: KDPW) at the request of theIssuer conducted an operation to withdraw from the deposit 64.242 seriesF bonds of the Issuer, with a nominal value of PLN 100.00 (one hundredzlotys) each and the total nominal value of PLN 6,424,200.00 (in words:six million four hundred twenty four thousand two hundred zlotys), inconnection with their redemption.
