Subject: Resolution of the Management Board of i2Development S.A. on the purchase of series I own bonds

Management Board of i2 Development S.A. with itsregistered office in Wrocław (the "Issuer") informs that on April 16,2020 the Management Board adopted a resolution on the purchase for theredemption of 2,500 series I bearer bonds, not having the form of adocument, with a nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 (one thousands zlotys)each and the total nominal value of PLN 2,500,000 (two million fivehundred thousands zlotys) issued by the Company on the basis of theresolution of the Issuer's Management Board of December 17, 2019regarding the issue of bonds, marked by the National Depository forSecurities [hereinafter: KDPW] with the code 'PLO222400015'[hereinafter: Bonds].

The Bonds were acquired for the purpose of theirredemption pursuant to art. 76 section 1 of the Act of 15 January 2015on bonds on 16 April 2020. The Company purchased the Bonds by paying tothe bondholder for each purchased I Series bond together with due andunpaid interest calculated in accordance with the terms of the Bondsissue.
