Legal basis: Article 56 para. 1item 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information

Management Board of i2 Development S.A. (hereinafter:the Issuer, the Company) informs that it has received information fromthe National Depository for Securities regarding the payment on October27, 2020 of cash to bondholders for the redemption of 5,000 Series Ibonds of the Issuer with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 each and with atotal nominal value of 5.000.000,00 PLN. The redemption was carried outin accordance with the rules described in the Terms of Issue of Bonds,which is an attachment to the Issuer's Management Board Resolution ofDecember 17, 2019. On the redemption day, interest was also paid out forthe last interest period. The interest on one bond amounted to PLN 10,12.

Thus, series I Bonds have been fully redeemed by theIssuer, resulting in the expiration of all rights and obligationsresulting from them.
