The partial, earlyredemption was carried out in accordance with the principles describedin the Terms and Conditions of Bonds Issue, attached to the Issuer'sManagement Board Resolution of September 26, 2018.TheIssuer made an partial, early redemption of the Bonds by paying to theBondholder Main Receivable for each purchased Bond together with due andunpaid interest calculated in accordance with the Terms of Issue.
