BBI Development S.A. — Capital/Financing Update 2019

The Management Board of i2Development S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Issuer"),hereby informs that on June 5, 2019, acting pursuant to art. 76 par. 1of the Act of 15 January 2015 on bonds (Journal of Laws of 2015, item238) the Company acquired 70 of the Issuer's series B bonds with anominal value of PLN 1,000 each issued by the Company based on theManagement Board resolution of January 13, 2017, marked by the NationalDeposit of Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) withthe code "PLI2DVL00048" [hereinafter: Bonds]. The total nominal value ofthe purchase of the Bonds is PLN 70.000, and the average unit purchaseprice is: 999,36 PLN. The reason and purpose of the purchase of theBonds is their redemption.
