Subject: Resolution ofthe National Depository for Securities regarding the withdrawal of bondsin connection with their redemption

With reference to thereport no. 34/2019 of July 1, 2019 concerning the end of purchase of ownbonds, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. (hereinafter: theIssuer, the Company), informs that on July 12, 2019 the Management Boardof the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt PapierówWartościowych S.A., hereinafter: KDPW) at the request of the Issueradopted a resolution to withdraw from the deposit 6454 series B bonds ofthe Issuer, with a nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 (one thousand zlotys)each and the total nominal value of PLN 6,454,000.00 (in words: sixmillion four hundred and fifty-four thousand zlotys), which wereacquired by the Issuer in the period from June 6, 2019 to June 28, 2019in connection with their redemption.
