Management Board of i2 DevelopmentS.A. ("the Issuer", "the Company"), informs that on June 24, 2021, inconnection with the end of the current term of office of the Members ofthe Supervisory Board of the Company, the Ordinary General Meeting ofthe Issuer appointed the following persons to the Supervisory Board ofthe Company:

Mr. Radosław Kuczyński

Mr. Jakub Klimczak

Mr. Michał Gabrysiak

Mr. Arkadiusz Barszczewski

According to the declarations of theappointed Members of the Supervisory Board, they are not entered in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on theNational Court Register.

Messrs. Radosław Kuczyński, JakubKlimczak, Michał Gabrysiak and Arkadiusz Barszczewski declared that theymeet the independence criteria set out in Annex II to the Recommendationof the European Commission of February 15, 2005 on the role ofnon-executive or supervisory directors of listed companies and on thecommittees of the (supervisory) board and in the Best Practices of WSEListed Companies 2016.
