Subject:Opinion of the Supervisory Board of i2 Development S.A. regarding themethod of covering the loss for 2018

Withreference to current report No. 38/2020 of 1.06.2020, the ManagementBoard of i2 Development S.A. ("The Issuer") informs that on 26.06.2020the Issuer's Supervisory Board gave a positive opinion on therecommendation of the Management Board regarding the distribution ofprofit for 2019, in which the Management Board proposed to change theassumptions of the current Dividend Policy of the Company presented inthe Issue Prospectus of 2016. , which change will apply to the paymentof dividend from the Company's net profit for the year ended December31, 2019, in such a way that - cancel the dividend payment and allocatethe Company's net profit for the financial year from January 1, 2019 toDecember 31, 2019 in the amount of PLN 5,615,872.82 (say: five millionsix hundred fifteen thousand eight hundred seventy two zlotys 82/100) intotal to the Company's supplementary capital.
The Company's Supervisory Board also accepted the Management Board'sargument that the COVID-19 pandemic and its short-term and long-termimpact on the global and Polish economy, including the real estatemarket, which could adversely affect the operations of the Company andits Capital Group, is justification for recommending allocation ofprofit for 2019 to the Company's supplementary capital.
Thefinal decision on the method of distribution of profit is to be made bythe Ordinary General Meeting of the Issuer convened for June 29, 2020,about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 39/2020 of 1June 2020.
