Under the Atomos All Employee Plan, operating under the overall Employee Incentive Plan, eligible employees could sacrifice an annual capped amount to acquire shares in the Company, and receive one matching right to acquire or be issued an additional share for each acquired share held at no additional cost. The matching rights will vest 2 years following the date of grant provided the participant is still an employee of the Atomos group at the time, and subject to the terms and conditions of the All Employee Plan. If any acquired shares are sold during the 2-year period from the date of acquisition, an eqivalent number of rights will be forfeited. Certain grants of rights made in 2022 are now being recorded, as thet were not recorded with ASX at the time.
