Appendix to Form 604 – Clarification Regarding Incorrect Lodgement of

Form 605

This appendix accompanies the Form 604 submitted to the ASX and provides clarification regarding the prior lodgement of a Form 605. This document is provided to ensure transparency and accuracy in accordance with section 671B of the Corporations Act 2001.

1. Background

A Form 605 (Notice of Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder) was previously lodged with the ASX in relation to Domazet FT 3 Pty Ltd. Following an internal review, it has been identified that the Form 605 was lodged in error and did not accurately reflect the relevant interests and voting power of the notifying holder and its associates at the time of lodgement.

2. Nature of the Error

The incorrect Form 605 was submitted due to an administrative misunderstanding regarding the threshold for substantial shareholding. As a result, the notification incorrectly suggested that the notifying holder had ceased to be a substantial holder when, in fact, the voting power of the relevant entity remained above 5%.

3. Correct Position and Updated Disclosure

The accompanying Form 604 sets out the correct position based on the aggregated voting power held by the notifying holder and its associates, calculated in accordance with sections 608, 610 and 12 of the Corporations Act. The notifying holder confirms that it has not ceased to be a substantial holder and that the prior Form 605 should be disregarded.

4. Purpose of This Appendix

This appendix is provided to ensure the market is fully informed and to correct the public record. It is intended to clarify that:

• The Form 605 previously lodged was incorrect and should not be relied upon;

• The notifying holder and its associate group continue to hold substantial holding status;

• The updated Form 604 provides the accurate and current voting power information.

The notifying holder confirms that this appendix forms part of the accompanying Form 604 and that the information contained herein is true and correct to the best of its knowledge.

Appendix to Form 604 – Notice of Change in Interests of Substantial Holder

This appendix accompanies the Form 604 submitted to the ASX and provides additional details regarding the aggregated voting power of an associate group in accordance with section 671B of the Corporations Act 2001. This associate group has previously not been disclosed correctly.
