‑ Appendix to Form 604 – Clarification Regarding Re lodgement

This appendix accompanies the re‑lodged Form 604 submitted to the ASX and provides clarification regarding the correction of the number of shares held by Doma Investments (ACT) Pty Ltd. This document is provided to ensure the market is fully informed in accordance with section 671B of the Corporations Act 2001.

1. Background

A Form 604 was previously lodged with the ASX disclosing a change in relevant interests and voting power. Following a post‑lodgement review, it was identified that the number of shares held by the notifying holder was misstated due to an administrative recording error.

2. Nature of the Correction

The previously lodged Form 604 did not reflect the correct number of shares held at the time of the relevant event. The discrepancy arose from an internal data entry error involving the share register reconciliation process.

The notifying holder confirms that the error did not relate to any acquisition, disposal, or change in relevant interest beyond those disclosed, but was solely a misstatement of the accurate number of shares held.

3. Correct Position

The re‑lodged Form 604 reflects the correct number of shares and the correct voting power calculated in accordance with sections 608 and 610 of the Corporations Act. The notifying holder requests that the market disregard the previously lodged Form 604 to the extent of the incorrect shareholding figure.

4. Purpose of This Appendix

This appendix is provided to:
