Atomos Limited (‘ ASX:AMS ’, ‘ Atomos ’ or the ‘ Company ’), previously flagged the intention to hold an Investor Day in Melbourne on Monday, 2 August 2021.

Given the ongoing COVID-19 related travel restrictions, the Company has decided to delay the Investor Day until Monday, 13 September 2021 which it is hoped will enable greater in-person attendance.

The event will provide investors with the opportunity to gain a more detailed understanding of the Company’s strategic plans in a presentation delivered by the senior executive team:

• Executive Chairman, Chris Tait

• Founder and Executive Director, Jeromy Young

• Chief Financial Officer, James Cody

• Chief Product Officer, Estelle McGechie (by video link)

• Chief Operating Officer, Mark Harland

• Chief Technical Officer, Trevor Elbourne

Subject to travel restrictions, the team will attend the event in person (unless stated), as will board members Stephen Stanley, Megan Brownlow and Lauren Williams, with Sir Hossein Yassaie also being available via video link.

The Investor Day will be held in ‘Forum 1’ at Melbourne Connect, 700 Swanston Street, Carlton, VIC.
