Despatch of Retail Offer Booklet

Atomos Limited ( ASX: AMS ) ( Atomos or the Company ) is pleased to announce that the retail offer booklet and personalised entitlement and acceptance forms for the 4 for 7 fully underwritten, nonrenounceable pro-rata entitlement offer announced on 18 October 2022 ( Entitlement Offer ) have been despatched to eligible shareholders today.

The retail component of the Entitlement Offer ( Retail Entitlement Offer ) opens today, Tuesday, 25 October 2022, and is expected to close at 5:00pm on Tuesday, 8 November 2022.

Eligible shareholders should carefully read and review the retail offer booklet, and follow the instructions in the retail offer booklet and their personalised entitlement and acceptance form if they wish to participate in the Retail Entitlement Offer.

A letter to ineligible shareholders notifying them of the Retail Entitlement Offer and their ineligibility to participate has also been despatched today.
