Atomos Limited (ASX: AMS) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Atomos Limited (‘AMS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AMS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 14 May 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ATOMOS LIMITED - REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Atomos Limited ACN 139 730 500 (ASX:AMS) ( Atomos or the Company ) requests a trading halt with respect to its fully paid ordinary shares with immediate effect.

The following information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

  • a) The reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an anticipated announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising.

  • b) Atomos wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the announcement, or the commencement of trading on 14 May 2020.

  • c) Atomos is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
