Description
Atomos Limited (‘AMS’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Thursday, 27 December 2018.
Official quotation of AMS’s ordinary fully paid ordinary shares will commence at 11.00am AEDT on Friday, 28 December 2018.
AMS raised $6.0 million pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 30 November 2018 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 14,634,146 ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.41 per share.
