Company Secretary Appointment and Resignation

The Directors of Atomos Limited (ASX: AMS ) ( Atomos or the Company ) wish to advise that Ms Natalie Climo has been appointed Company Secretary, effective today.

The Company announces that Ms Vanessa Chidrawi has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 26 August 2024 and wishes to thank Ms Chidrawi for her support of the Board during her time with the Company.

This announcement has been authorised for lodgement with ASX by the Company’s Board of Directors.
