Company Secretary Appointment and Resignation
The Directors of Atomos Limited (ASX: AMS ) ( Atomos or the Company ) wish to advise that Ms Vanessa Chidrawi has been appointed Company Secretary, effective today.
The Company announces that Ms Maria Clemente has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 20 January 2023 and wishes to thank Ms Clemente for her support of the Board during her time with the Company.
