Atomos Ltd announces experienced technology director, Paul Greenberg as non-executive director and new Chair

Atomos Limited ( ASX :AMS) ( Atomos or Company ), a global leader in video recording and monitoring solutions, announces that Paul Greenberg will join the Board as a non-executive director and will succeed Chris Tait as Chair, with immediate effect.

Paul is an experienced non-executive director with expertise in founding and growing technologyenabled businesses. He was previously the Chair of MyDeal.com.au (ASX:MYD), which was acquired by Woolworths Group (ASX:WOW) in late 2022. He was also on the advisory boards of Afterpay (acquired by Block), Culture Kings (acquired by A.K.A Brands) and was the Chair Elect of Selz.com (acquired by Amazon). He currently sits on the advisory boards of technology businesses Refundid, AirRobe and StyleArcade.

Paul Greenberg said, “I am pleased to be joining the Atomos board and taking on the Chair role. It is an exciting period in the Company’s development as it builds its new cloud-based products and services offering. During my career I have advised several technology companies that have driven industry-wide change. Atomos is one of those special companies that has the technology, the capability and the global relationships to do that in its industry of high-quality video production”.

Chris Tait will step down as Chair immediately and will retire from the Board on 28 February 2023, post the half year results announcement.

The Board would like to welcome Paul to Atomos and thank Chris for his significant contribution to the Company.

This announcement has been authorised by the Company’s Board for lodgement with ASX.

Biography: Paul Greenberg

Paul Greenberg is considered a pioneer of online retail in Australia. He co-founded Australia’s first online department store DealsDirect in the early 2000s and has since gone on to launch NORA, the National Online Retailers Association. He is currently the NORA non-executive Chair, and the Vice Chair of the global Federation of International Retail Associations -FIRA.

Paul is currently a non-executive director of InStitchu, a pioneer in tech-led made to measure clothing and holds advisory board roles with technology businesses Refundid, AirRobe and

StyleArcade Paul sits on the Reserve Bank Payment Consultations Group and the Australia Post Stakeholder Council.

Paul was previously the Chair of MyDeal.com.au (ASX:MYD) which was acquired by Woolworths Group (ASX:WOW) and was on the advisory boards of Afterpay (acquired by Block), Culture Kings (acquired by A.K.A Brands) and was Chair Elect of Selz.com (acquired by Amazon).

Paul is a registered psychologist with a keen interest in organisational and consumer psychology. He is Member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
