Atomos Director Retirement

Atomos Limited ( ASX: AMS ) ( Atomos or the Company ) advises that Chris Tait has retired as a director of the Company effective 28 February 2023, as previously advised to the market.

Chris’ retirement follows the appointment of Paul Greenberg as independent Chair, in furtherance of the Company’s commitment to enhancing governance initiatives through Board renewal and moving towards a Board that is composed of a majority of independent directors.

The Board is now appropriately constituted to conduct a comprehensive business review and accelerate growth ambitions to maximise shareholder value. The Company will have access to Chris’ historic perspective and corporate memory, as he is a principal of Henslow, which has been engaged to conduct a strategic review of the business.

Newly appointed Chair, Paul Greenberg, said: “We would like to thank Chris for his dedication in steering Atomos through some turbulent waters, and look forward to maintaining a working relationship with Henslow.

The Company has come through a difficult half year, and I look forward to working with my Board colleagues and the Management team in maximising opportunities afforded by fixed cost base reductions, a strong inventory position, debt reduction and the encouraging take-up of cloud services.”
