Atomos appoints Board Advisor, James

Joughin

Atomos Limited (ASX: AMS ) ( Atomos or the Company ) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr James Joughin as an advisor to the Company’s board, effective immediately.

Mr Joughin had a 26-year career at EY, 17 of them as a partner in corporate finance. He is an accomplished company director, and has served as chair of numerous risk and audit committees, including Mydeal.com.au Ltd (ASX:MYD), Bio Gene Technologies Ltd (ASX:BGT), Viridian Financial Group Ltd, as well as several private companies. He is currently Chair of Spirit Technology Solutions Ltd (ASX:ST1). Mr Joughin is a CPA and GAICDqualified with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).

Atomos Chair, Paul Greenberg, said, “As the Company undertakes a comprehensive strategic review and considers its options, James’ experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and restructuring will be invaluable for shareholders and the board alike, and will supplement the board’s skill set, following the departure of Chris Tait. I look forward to working with James again.”
