Company Secretary Appointment and Resignation
The Directors of Atomos Limited (ASX: AMS ) ( Atomos or the Company ) wish to advise that Ms Maria Clemente has been appointed Company Secretary, effective today.
The Company announces that Ms Nyla Bacon has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 23 June 2022 and wishes to thank Ms Bacon for her support of the Board during her time with the Company.
