Company Secretary Appointment and Resignation
The Directors of Atomos Limited ( ASX : AMS ) ( Atomos or the Company ) wish to advise that Ms Nyla Bacon has been appointed Company Secretary, effective 22 July 2021.
The Company announces that Ms Lisa Dadswell has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 22 July 2021 and wishes to thank Ms Dadswell for her support of the Board during her time with the Company.
