Director Appointments / Resignation
Atomos today announced the appointment of Bradley Whitcomb and Stephen Stanley to the Board of Atomos Limited, effective 1 February 2019. Additionally, Atomos announced, in line with disclosure in the Company’s recently issued Prospectus, that Neil Chatfield will resign from the Board, effective 1 February 2019. Mr Chatfield will continue to assist the Board in an advisory capacity.
Bradley Whitcomb
Mr Whitcomb has over 25 years’ global experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors across North America, Japan and Australia. He has extensive strategy, operations, product development, marketing, and business transformation experience and a proven track record of creating and unlocking value.
Since early 2014 he has been part of the executive team at NBN Australia, where he currently holds the position of Chief Customer Officer, with responsibility for product development, pricing, sales, marketing, and customer experience.
Commencing his career with Vodafone in San Francisco in 1994 where he became Director – Strategic Technology, he subsequently spent five years in senior Marketing, Corporate Development, and Board roles in Vodafone’s Japanese operations.
Mr Whitcomb said he was thrilled to join the Atomos Board at this exciting time in the Company’s evolution.
Mr Whtcomb holds a BA, Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.
Stephen Stanley
Mr Stanley has over 25 years’ experience in the Logistics sector in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. He has extensive strategy, operational, mergers & acquisition and investment experience with a proven track record of delivering operational benefits and growth opportunities to create superior value for shareholders.
Progressing through various management roles In Mayne Nickless, he became the CEO of Mayne Logistics delivering growth and repositioning benefits for the business.
As Director for Corporate Development for Toll Holdings from 1999 until 2012 he was responsible for the strategy and strategic growth of the Group, predominantly through M&A pursuits domestically and internationally. This period saw Toll Holdings develop into a leading international logistics player with over 100 mid-sized, private and public entities successfully transacted.
Mr Stanley was a key Toll executive as well as a nominated director on many Domestic

and International Boards over a long period both within private and public entities.
Mr Stanley was a NED for Cabcharge Australia Ltd from May 2015 to November 2016, Chairing the Corporate Governance committee and since March 2017 Mr Stanley has been the Chairman for Ventura Motors Pty Ltd, a Victorian based leading public/private transport service provider.
Mr Stanley said that he was excited to be joining the Atomos Board and he believes the Company has a very bright future.
Mr Stanley holds a Bachelor of Business - Accountancy from RMIT, Melbourne.
Atomos Chairman Chris Tait said he was extremely pleased to welcome Sydney-based Mr Whitcomb and Melbourne-based Mr Stanley to the Board.
“Brad brings a wealth of international experience gained in leading telecommunication companies which will be very valuable to Atomos,” Mr Tait said. “Stephen has extensive public company experience with a strong emphasis on strategic growth and governance. These appointments further strengthen the Board’s mix of skills, knowledge and experience.”
Mr Tait went on to acknowledge the role of Mr Chatfield. “On behalf of the whole Board I wish to thank Neil for his service to Atomos and to acknowledge the invaluable contribution he has made, particularly as the Company prepared itself for the public markets. We are all very grateful for Neil’s contribution over the last two years and we’re delighted that he has agreed to continue to provide advice to the Atomos Board.”
