ASX Announcement ATOMOS LIMITED (ASX:AMS) Monday 16[th] September 2019

Resignation of Director

The Board of Directors of Atomos Limited (ASX: AMS) advises that Mr. Bradley Whitcomb has resigned as a Non-Executive Director, effective today, 16[th] September.

Bradley, who joined the Board in February 2019, following Atomos’s successful listing on the ASX, will be stepping down due to other unexpected commitments.

Atomos’s Non-Executive Chairman, Chris Tait, said: “the Board thanks Brad for his contribution during a very busy and exciting time in the Company’s history. He has carried out his duties with the utmost professionalism and we wish him well for the future.”

A search has commenced for a replacement for Mr Whitcomb, the results of which will be announced in due course.
