JOINT PRESS RELEASE

AMPLIFON SIGNED WITH INTESA SANPAOLO A €175-MILLION SUSTAINABILITY-LINKED CREDIT FACILITY

Milan, March 17th, 2024 – Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg/Reuters ticker: AMP:IM/AMPF.MI), global leader in hearing solutions and services, signed with Intesa Sanpaolo a 5-year term sustainability-linked credit facility totaling 175 million euros. The financing is composed of a revolving credit line for 100 million euros and a term loan for 75 million euros.

Thanks to these two credit lines, the total amount of sustainability-linked financing subscribed by Amplifon, including revolving credit facilities, reaches 1 billion euros, testifying to the Group's commitment towards a further integration of ESG factors into its business and financial strategy. The financing, structured as a sustainability-linked loan, includes a margin adjustment mechanism tied to the achievement of specific indicators contained in the Company's Sustainability Plan.

Through this facility, Amplifon further strengthens its liquidity position, diversifies its sources of funding and extends the average debt maturity.

For Intesa Sanpaolo the financing was structured by the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, led by Mauro Micillo, thus confirming the Group's constant commitment to supporting the development and sustainable growth of companies.
