AMPLIFON: SIGNED A NEW SUSTAINABILITY-LINKED CREDIT FACILITY WITH MEDIOBANCA FOR €75 MILLION
Milan, December 19th, 2024 – Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg/Reuters ticker: AMP:IM/AMPF.MI), global leader in hearing solutions and services, announces that it has signed a new sustainability-linked credit facility for a total amount of 75 million euros with Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A..
In addition to the previous five sustainability-linked credit facilities, this loan, amortizing with a 5-year term, contributes to the ongoing journey towards a further integration of ESG factors into Amplifon's business and financial strategy. The achievement of specific indicators of the Company's Sustainability Plan will activate a margin adjustment mechanism applied to the loan.
Through this facility, characterized by particularly favorable conditions, Amplifon further strengthens its liquidity position, diversifies its sources of funding and extends the average debt maturity.
