Milano, 9 aprile 2021 – Con riferimento all'avvio del processo di fusione di LGH in A2A, come da comunicato stampa del 18.12.2020 e successivamente del 12.03.2021, si comunica che la scadenza per la presentazione di una proposta preliminare di fusione ai soci di minoranza è stata prorogata, in accordo con gli stessi, al 30 aprile 2021.
