Further to the description in the chapter containing a description of the Company's business affairs in its 2015 periodic report regarding the receipt of undertakings by banking and institutional entities to provide credit to the Company in 2016-2017, and further to the Company's immediate report of April 2, 2015 and the supplementary report to that report dated May 6, 2015 in the same matter, an immediate supplementary report is hereby provided that credit in the amount of NIS 900 million was provided to the Company on June 1, 2016, in accordance with the undertakings provided by banking entities (the "Credit").

Further to the Company's immediate report of July 9,2015and further to the description in the chapter containing a description of the Company's business affairs in its 2015periodic report,the Company provides notification that it was notified by its subsidiary,Pelephone Communications Ltd. ("Pelephone") that it had decided against implementing the cooperation agreement for the maintenance of passive components on cellular sites (by means of an external contractor who was to have been selected) which it had executed with Cellcom Israel Ltd. ("Cellcom") on September 21,2014.

Pelephone decided to handle the anticipated operational savings from the abovementioned agreement by means of internal processes to be carried out by Pelephone employees in lieu of outsourcing through the aforementioned contractor.

The Company provides notification,as advised by the subsidiary,D.B.S. Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. ("Yes") that early this morning,during a routine periodic maneuver of the Amos-2 satellite,there was a two-hour interruption in broadcasting of the channels it transmits to Yes customers, during which time Yes transferred broadcasts to the Amos-3 satellite. Broadcasting was returned to the Amos-2 satellite after it resumed normal operations,and normal services to Yes subscribers were resumed.
