Re: Internet Gold- Deletion of securities at the end of 48 months from the date
they ceased to be traded on the main list - reminder - our circular dated September
15, 2020

The company's shares ceased to be traded on the main list on September 17, 2020.
According to TASE's Rules, and as stated in our circular dated September 15, 2020,
months have passed, and the conditions for the renewal of its trade therein on the main list
have not been fulfilled.

Therefore, if the conditions for resuming trading in the company's shares on the main
list are not met by September 16, 2024, the company's shares (ISIN IL0010834435) will
be delisted from trading on TASE on September 19, 2024.

The Last trading day in them will be September 17, 2024.
