Re: INTERNET GOLD GOLDEN LINES LTD

1. Further to the company's immediate reports, and In light of the company's compliance with the conditions required for the renewal of trade on the main list, the company's ordinary shares (ISIN no. IL0010834435), will be transferred from the maintenance list to the main list, on Sunday, September 15, 2024, with an opening parameter of one agora.

2. Following the transfer of trade to the main list, the letter M will be removed from the Company's names and its securities names.

3. The sector classification of the company will be changed, The sector classification of the company will be changed, from - INVESTMENT & HOLDINGS – INACTIVE + SHELL COMPANIES to TECHNOLOGY - CLEANTECH.

4. As stated in the company's reports, the company has received the Isreal Innovation Authority's approval of being an R&D company.

In accordance with Sub-paragraph b.c.1) of the forth part of TASE's regulations, TASE's CEO shall not transfer to the maintenance list a company that was a shell company and the trade in its securities was renewed on the main list after it fulfilled the conditions required of an R&D company, for a period of four years from the date on which trade in its securities was renewed on the main list.

Therefore, the next review of the Company's compliance with the maintenance rules will be conducted according to data as of December 31, 2028.

1. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, and in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, if the company notifies during the aforesaid period that it has ceased engaging in the R&D sphere or that it has ceased engaging in the manufacture and marketing of the fruits of the R&D, the provisions of section 8.a. of the Fourth Part of the Rules, shall apply to it from the date of the company's notice as aforesaid.
