In accordance with the arrangement approved under section 320 of the Insolvency and Economic Rehabilitation Law and following the Company's announcement dated January 27,2021. On Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021, TASE clearing house will withdraw from its members bond Series C (ISIN No.IL0011208803) and bond Series D (ISIN No.IL001316143) that are registered in their name.

Accordingly, bond Series D will be delisted from the TASE.
