Ramat Gan, Israel - March 13, 2019 - Internet Gold - Golden Lines Ltd. (the "Company") (NASDAQ Global Select Market and TASE: IGLD), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has elected Mr. Moshe Lusky as Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Lusky serves as a director of the Company since August 2018.
Internet Gold is a telecommunications-oriented holding company which is a controlled subsidiary of Eurocom Communications Ltd. Internet Gold's primary holding is its controlling interest in B Communications Ltd. (TASE and Nasdaq: BCOM), which in turn holds the controlling interest in Bezeq, The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Israel's largest telecommunications provider (TASE: BEZQ).
