שלום רב,

להלן עמדת סרצ'לייט כפי שנמסרה הערב לחברה:

"Searchlight requires at least 75% approvals by each series of bonds of IGLD and Bcom, consistent with what would be required under Section 350. IGLD and Bcom are welcome to make whatever public clarification you wish. To the extent more time is needed, Searchlight will need to be informed of requisite consents and enter into exclusivity with IGLD and Bcom by Sunday, May 19th at 4pm IST. As such, to the extent Bcom and IGLD wish to pursue Searchlight's offer, all necessary votes should be scheduled over the next few days accordingly."

כאמור בעמדה לעיל, סרצ'לייט דורשת כתנאי נוסף כי הצבעת מחזיקי אגרות החוב באסיפה הקרובה, תועבר ברוב של 75% ובהתאם גם דוחה את המועד האחרון לקבלת הצעתה עד ליום 19 במאי, .2019
