This closed-end alternative investment fund with public offering is the oldest such fund in the Republic of Croatia. It is intended for the investors who expect an increase in the Fund's assets within a longer period of time by investing in stocks which are traded in the stock markets of the countries of the area, especially Croatia, the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina but also other fast-growing capital markets. The structure of the Fund's shareholders makes an optimum combination of inland and foreign institutional investors and short-term and medium-term investors. The stocks of the Fund are traded in the segment of the regular market of Zagreb Stock Exchange joint stock company.
