VES SA is a shareholding company located in Sighisoara, Mures district.

VES SA was founded on 1978, it has been acting as a shareholding company since 1991. Ever since 1991, the Company has developed from its primary activities as a producer of enameled cookware, to newly sectors, such as: for production of steel and composite convectors, for production of water heaters, for production of barbeque and grills, and under the brand CALDI for production of wooden stoves and cooking machines.

VES’s view is to be the biggest metal processor from Central and Eastern Europe, in terms of its capacity and its staff. With world class capabilities and mentality.
