Description
Value-Holdings AG is an investment company that invests in listed, predominantly medium-sized companies. The investments are selected exclusively according to the principles of value investing, which focuses on the substance, profitability and future potential of the companies. Value-Holdings primarily invests in companies that can be considered undervalued based on these aspects. In addition, the company, through its subsidiaries, focuses on the individual and independent management of private and liquid assets as well as on advising institutional investors on capital investments according to the value investing strategy and providing personal support to customers. With a share of 32.1 percent of the portfolio, Value-Holdings International AG was the largest investment in 2021, followed by Sto Vz. (10.4 percent), Evonik (5.9 percent) and Freenet (5.6 percent).
