Providence Resources Plc is an Irish energy company with oil and gas assets located offshore Ireland.
The company’s shares are quoted on the AIM in London and Euronext Growth Market in Dublin. The company funds projects through investor equity and has raised $275 million over the last 10 years to fund offshore exploration in Ireland. The company has participated in 50% of all exploration wells drilled offshore Ireland since 2004.

Providence Resources’ primary focus is to progress the phased commercial development of the Barryroe Oil and Gas Field. Providence Resources holds an 80% working interest in, and is operator of, SEL 1/11 which contains the Barryroe oil accumulation.
