Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd (NTBCL) is a special purpose vehicle incorporated to design, finance, construct, operate, and maintain the Delhi Noida Direct (DND) Flyway. The DND Flyway is an eight-lane, 9.2-kilometer access-controlled expressway that serves as a critical transit link between Delhi and Noida. The infrastructure includes a major bridge over the Yamuna River and several interchanges designed to facilitate high-speed vehicular movement. Developed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, the project aimed to alleviate traffic congestion in the National Capital Region. Although originally operated as a tolled facility, the company currently focuses on the management and upkeep of the expressway infrastructure following legal rulings regarding tolling rights. The facility remains a vital component of the regional transportation network, providing efficient connectivity for thousands of daily commuters.
