The company Les Docks des Pétroles d'Ambès, DPA was created in 1934 on the grounds of the Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux GPMB. DPA is the logistical link between the refineries and the fuel distribution networks of the South-West.
DPA is a logistics service provider for the various distributors of petroleum products.

5% of the hydrocarbons consumed in France transit through DPA. This traffic represents 30% of the activity of the port of Bordeaux.
