International Care Company

International Care Company (ICC) , Innovative SME starting from 2021, was born in 2018 through the transfer of the assets of the business branches of the world wide assistance services Operations Center of FD Service and the digital telemedicine services of FD W.OR.LD Care, subsequently merged into FD Holding (formerly Filo diretto), an important player in the Italian insurance and assistance market, in which it has been operating for over 30 years. Thanks to the asset transferred, International Care Company has been recognized since the beginning as one of the main Italian operators in the offer of assistance services (travel-medical-auto-home-satellite) with a particular focus on digital health care services. Thanks to a modern, multilingual and multifunctional 24/7 Operations Center, it is able to manage more than 70,000 dossiers per year with a customer satisfaction rate of over 98%.
