The group currently has three main businesses

- Direct rental business. The Group is engaged in acquiring various types of commercial properties, including shops/showrooms, warehouses and offices. The Group now has a total of 64,713 sqm of commercial property.
- Subletting business. The Group leases and subleases its commercial assets such as shops/showrooms, warehouses and offices on a global lease basis. The Group now subleases commercial property with a total area of 188,772 m².
- Hotel business. The group currently owns a 43 room hotel.
