The company initially owned a retail shop selling textiles and leather bags. After that, it engaged in the import and export business of Chinese products and was successful. The group is currently primarily engaged in the investment and operation of commercial real estate.

The group currently has three main businesses

- Direct rental business. The Group is engaged in acquiring various types of commercial properties, including shops/showrooms, warehouses and offices. The Group now has a total of 64,713 sqm of commercial property.
- Subletting business. The Group leases and subleases its commercial assets such as shops/showrooms, warehouses and offices on a global lease basis. The Group now subleases commercial property with a total area of 188,772 m².
- Hotel business. The group currently owns a 43 room hotel.
