Dover Industries Limited was a diversified manufacturing entity specializing in food products and paper goods. Historically, its core operations included the management of flour mills across multiple provinces and the production of ice cream cones and plastic components. In 2009, the company was acquired by Parrish & Heimbecker (P&H). The former Dover assets, particularly the flour milling facilities, were integrated into the P&H Milling Group. These integrated operations now contribute to the production of a wide range of custom-milled wheat and pulse-based products, including hard and soft flours, durum semolina, pea proteins, and starches.
