DEE tech (Digital and Ecommerce Enablers) will invest in promising companies (sofware and/or service) with high growth potential whose purpose is to facilitate the emergence of digital and e-commerce leaders

This company takes the form of a Special Purpose Acquisition Vehicle (SPAC) designed to make one or more acquisitions in the technology sector with a focus on digital and/or e-commerce leaders located or operating in Europe (including the UK) or Israel.

In a context where a very large number of companies have been financed by venture capital and private equity, DEE Tech's ambition is to accompany founders and managers in a new stage of their company, opening the way to listing in a new way in order to create a European tech giant.
