SIF Muntenia has always held the majority stake. In May 2008 the company's shares were listed on the BSE with the symbol BCM.

The company’s patrimony consists of the hotel Best Western Bucovina, located in Gura Humorului, with a built area of approx. 11,900 sqm, distributed on basement + ground floor + mezzanine + 8 floors. The hotel has 130 rooms, 2 restaurants (“Casa cu Pridvor” and “Naturalis”), a bar and a terrace, 5 conference halls with a total area of 400 sqm, an approx. 250 sqm spa, a playground for children.
