Boralex Power Income Fund was structured as an unincorporated open-ended trust established to indirectly own and operate a portfolio of power generating stations. Historically, the Fund managed eight such facilities. The Fund was closely associated with Boralex Inc., a major independent power producer specializing in the development and operation of renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, hydro, and energy storage. Boralex Inc. completed the acquisition of all units of the Fund, integrating its assets into the parent company's larger strategy of developing and managing renewable power facilities.
